Hydrohex
Programming

Programme the week that fits your members.

How the six categories combine into weekly rhythms for the three audiences our clients most often serve — with real member stories, defensible starter schedules, and full deep-dives per programme.

Typical weekly rhythm

time-of-day patterns per audience programme

One week. Three audiences. Programmed strategically.

Audiences aren't mutually exclusive. Each one has its own natural time-of-day rhythm — Mobility mid-morning, Intensity before and after work, Rhythm evenings and weekends. Filter to isolate any single audience's touchpoints in the week.

These are typical time bands, not fixed slots. The rhythm below shows when each audience is most reachable across the week; the exact clock times, class picks, and session counts get optimised for your pool times, target audience mix, and existing timetable.

What each programme delivers

Three audiences, three programmes — the roles each class plays.

For mobility-conscious movers

Mobility. Strength you can carry into every day.

Recovering, protecting, or rebuilding movement — the pool takes the load off, the class gives you the structure.

At my age, strength and stability are vital. The Hydrohex exercises focus on balance, and I can already feel a difference when I'm in the water. So many women I know have had hip or knee replacements. I want to stay as mobile as I can, for as long as I can.

Much better than just swimming — water-based, so I can work hard, but still low impact.
